1908 Heritage Building Collingwood
This Collingwood project was a thoughtful restoration rooted in respect for the building’s history. Originally designated as a Heritage Building (1908), the property holds architectural and cultural significance within the community. Preserving that designation was an important part of the design process, allowing us to maintain the original crest and honour the character that defines the structure.
Our approach carefully balanced heritage preservation with modern functionality — retaining key historical elements while introducing refined, contemporary updates that enhance the space for today’s living. The result is a seamless blend of past and present, where original detailing and craftsmanship are celebrated within a beautifully updated interior.
